ttarney Yes 2 Bag all in need of work. Sold 1 and this is the other project bag for a cobbler. Also I am looking for a cobbler to rework extras and transform into carry straps for loom woven textiles. Any chance your a cobbler ? Leather worker ? This is a project bag all the way around but has a great quality needs to be saved !

rododds @ttarney I love the style of this bag. I am not a cobbler, so I wouldn’t be able to repair it on my own. However, I’m wondering if it is sturdy enough to be used as is. Are the straps badly worn? Bag 1 sold for $50 and appeared to be in considerably better condition; that’s why my offer was low. I know you have worked hard to clean it. Would you reconsider with a counter offer if it is useable? Thanks for considering.

ttarney Bag is useable as it but let me take more photos. I’m also working on finding cobbler to make some of the repairs. I have rinsed interior with all my tricks to restore and make new but some are so stubborn wondering what this is and how long did it sit. I’ll circle back soon have a few locals looking at it Monday to see if they can improve. This is a great bag with some loving it will be fabulous !

ttarney @rododds updated video the insert in bag helped the bag keep its shape unfortunately just the weight of the bags + thin cardboard broke the straps. Not completely but the leather has breaks at the highest point. I like the tassels done perfectly on this bag so definitely worth the price. With a little bit this bag will be amazing. I have a new version of bag on its way. If the price is good accept offer. Mom’s been hospital. But I will be back tonight. Shipping out tomorrow.
