Lightweight poncho with sleeves

No manufacturer or material tags. May be hand made. Material is soft. Darker brown trim at cuffs and collar. Lined in body, not sleeves. Button down closure. Unsewn from cuff to hem. Single button sewn at armpit(not functional). Shoulder tabs. Sides have inner panel to make a closure with pockets and contrasting green block panel. Some stains on front(see pics). Approx 42in length, 27.5in base of collar to cuff, 26in pit to pit, 28in width at waist. Some dark stains on front lower side of item(see pics). Staining on inner lining at bottom(see pic). Dark stain on side panel at hem(see pic)
