This was about $100 when I bought thread years ago. This is a LOT of thread! I have more than enough. Off-gassed, there are some tiny spots on the thread, but then, it is undyed, organic, natural thread. Unfortunately I don't know the technical aspects such as strength/ weight/ whatever. I use this for sewing myself, sewing everything by hand as someone who is absurdly sensitive to a great many things. The cone measures about 7.5" tall and about 4" in diameter on the bottom. From a smoke-free, fragrance-free home with a feline.
