Vintage Country Sophisticates Petite by Pendleton Plaid Green and White Skirt Green blue and white plaid petite skirt. Vintage skirt by Pendleton made in USA. Skirt has a drop waist and then forms to pleats. Side button and zipper. Vintage size 14 but fits more like a modern day 4-6. Measurements: Waist- 14.5” or 29” around Length- 28.5” Condition: good condition. Skirt has several small spots (shown in photos) I have not tried to remove. Perfect for spring, Easter, church, work, etc
