Women’s Vintage Giorgio Armani dress

Armpit to Armpit measures lying flat 14.5 inches however due to the elastic in the back, it can stretch to 17 inches max. The tag says it is a 38 which is European size 8, I think it is not a true US size 8, so I am listing it as a size 6 . It has a lining underneath with the net like material on the bottom see photos. The brand name is Giorgio by Italy . Any questions leave me a comment 😊
