@kgtwitch Oooooohhhh good question... In my opinion it fits like a slightly oversized medium or fitted large if that makes sense.. 🤔 Technically a 42 is considered large, but yes, depending on the brand, agreed.. The prior owner is 6 feet tall, weighs about 160; typically wears a medium in coats; the sleeves were a tad bit long on him but otherwise it was the perfect fit for him. Hopefully this helps! ♡
