Dramatic tiered ruffle lace skirt, big bow on the neckline, fit and flare silhouette, velvet and boned on the bodice, fully lined, strapless neckline, crinoline lining and a zip back closure. Would best fit a XS-S or a 26 in waist, but please see the measurements to ensure a perfect fit. Unique and interesting piece. Brand is s.g.
