This Garmin 245 (Music) GPS watch is great for beginner and experienced runners alike. Garmin watches come with a coaching plan called Garmin Coach and I trained and ran my first half marathon using this watch along with the Garmin Coach training plan and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. This watch is so light and small that it feels like you aren't wearing it at all. I barely took it off in the two years that I was using it. Garmin advertises a 7 day battery life and I charged the battery to full 3 days ago and it is still showing 84% (that is without wearing it and activity tracking but still the battery is looking good.) The only blemish on the watch is a little white mark near the word "light" that you can see in photo #7. The watch comes with the original box, charging cable, and a new grey Garmin watch strap that I got when the original strap started to show signs of wear. This watch would be an excellent buy for any runner!
