This is new with tags, size small, super cute, faux wrap dress from NY&C. The bottom is lined with the same fabric doubled up to the waist for a really nice finished look. It hangs beautifully. I love faux wrap because you get the look, without the risk on a windy day! 😂 Measures 16" P2P, but there's some stretch to the fabric.
