These were a birthday gift a good few years ago, never really worn due to fit on my face not being super flattering. No scratches on lenses, some wear to outside of case, due to them being in it. Will include case and cleaning cloth. The tortoise shell pattern is a grey and blue coloring. They are polarized as well!
