Vtg Bally Double Strap Leather Bucket Shoulder Bag in Black/Tan, made in Italy

Vintage 80’s Bally leather shoulder bag with double chain+leather straps. Exterior flap pocket measures 5.5” wide and 6” deep (extends all the way to the bottom) can easily accommodate a cell phone or keys. Main body is in bucket style with a magnetic closure. One zip pocket on the back. US Patent 4453294 sticker for the magnetic closures. The original vinyl linings in the front pocket and main compartment have been replaced with microsuede fabric, removing the worry of peeling linings in the future, which is a common issue with many designer bags from this era. Original lining for the zipper pocket is kept and reused. Outside leather some scratches and marks consistent with its age (40+ yrs) and showing character. The leather has been cleaned and fully conditioned. Inside is practically a new bag. Gold tone hardware but grommets have turned silver from wear.
