As-Is FRYE Tall Riding boots women’s size 9 Selling as-is b/c I lost the little strap on the right boot, the one that holds the larger part of the buckle! Such a bummer, the part can be replaced, or possibly made by a cobbler, I just have the time to do it. I actually thought of just removing the large strap altogether, but I didn’t. Also noticed a small white mark. See pics. Otherwise in great shape! Smoke free home
