Antique PM Sevres Large Trinket Box VINTAGE

This gorgeous Paul Milet trinket box is just the thing to add to your collection of Sevres porcelain. The cameo frame came loose, but can be glued back on. Rich vibrant colors. Primary color is burgundy. If you are already a collector, you know the value! If you are not familiar with Sevres, King Louis XV and Madame de Pompadour funded a ceramic factory at Vincennes in 1740 which majorly produced glass and soft paste porcelains. This factory was later moved to France to compete with German Meissen. This large vintage hinged dresser box has been in my family for decades. Clasp works perfectly. No chips or scratches. Only the decorative cameo has come loose over the years, probably from harsh dusting. Please examine photos carefully. Comes from my smoke-free home.
