Jeuvre Velvet Cropped Bell Sleeve Top

This top is by Jeuvre and is a size small. It is polyester, but feels and looks like velvet. The main color is dark blue and has sparkly red, gold, cream and green stripes down each sleeve. It has a bell sleeve with gold three hems. It is in like new condition. No stains, holes, pulls.
