Hi Measurements?...waist?(both empire if there is one & natural), seam to seam...hips at widest point? Fabric content?...any stretch? If so, please add those into measurements. PM size chart is no help. We need as much in as possible as we r a few military wives trying 2 costume & buy props 4 shows 4 troops returning from deployment. Funds are tight due to layoffs over the last few years in our small remote Desert town due to the economy.
