Vintage STRATTON Blue Enamel Floral Pattern Brass Star back Powder Compact This circa 1960's Stratton Powder compact is in really INCREDIBLE Vintage condition. Best condition description would probably be New/Unused "Floor display model" It is starting to show age (see closeup mirror photos) Has a tiny patch of Brass patina on inside lid rim, and some VERY Minor surface scratches. Otherwise, I truly don't think this has ever actually been used. No stains, dents, or brass pitting. Really truly beautiful condition! This model is often dated to 1950's- However, Stratton didn't introduce the "Stratton Made in England" Trademark to the center of the backside Star pattern until the 1960's (through 70's) All Brass Scalloped edge Casing, with a Gorgeous Blue enamel Floral pattern design on front. *Push button outer open* Mirror press (See Video) self opening inner cover. This piece did have a mesh dust screen inside, however, over the past 60 years, it has somewhat desitegrated, so I have decided not to include it. If you plan to use this case for it's intended purpose most powder inserts come pressed anyway, and inner cover is a full door panel Original dust bag not included however, will ship with a blue velvet storage bag (which fits nicely) for safe keeping- whether purse or drawer/vanity Please see photos/video for best description, condition, and measurement. *Photos may have been enlarged to show detail, and I encourage you to enlarge them even more.
