A round-collar finishes the neck. Turn-back cuffs trim the long one-piece sleeves, which may be made short. Plaits in the lower-front provide adequate fullness. The back is one piece, perforated to be cut through and made into two sections. A narrow belt slips under the vestee. I was so excited to see a 1920s sewing pattern at my local antique shop, that I only noticed the 26" waist, and didn't see that this is a child's dress sized 8 years old. Pattern has been pre-cut, and all the pieces are contained.
