This is a vintage ring, circa 1980s, from an estate collection. It features a large, emerald cut blue sapphire (tested with a Presidium Gem Tester II. Based on its size, I'm guessing it's lab-created). It's flanked by two cubic zirconia stones. The ring band is yellow gold in color, but it's gold-plated over sterling silver. The ring is stamped "925", and signed, but I'm unable to identify the maker. It weighs 5.00g, and it's a size 7. The ring has been gently cleaned to bring back its original sparkle, and it will come in a gift box.
