Sustainably handmade by Southern Bohemian (me!) using vintage fabric. Pull-on elastic waist stretches approx 28-34." Approx 20" overall length with ruffle. Fabric feels like 100% cotton or a high quality cotton blend. Please note that vintage/recycled fabrics and handmade items may have minor imperfections upon close inspection.
