debaileyhikes @pliconp Vest arrived today, but I haven't accepted it yet. There is no Removable Charger or Battery, per the operating instructions on the inside label and it won't work/heat up without one of them. I guess I need to provide that? just checking, in case there was something missing in the package. Thank you.
