erikaacat @lavellkiani hi Kay. Sorry for the delay. I planned on following up today. I have cleaned, conditioned, done hardware, etc. Upon doing so,I noticed that the thin rubber piece on bottom heal sole could use a layer (kinda like on Louboutins) This will protect them. It was just delivered. Sorry I did not notice this before. I spend hours on all my shoes before I send them out.

erikaacat @lavellkiani No seller on Posh does what I do. I went to my cobbler yesterday and she told me that I was crazy for even bothering..but that’s how important it is to me. I am amazed how some people will throw a pair of dirty shoes in a box and not think anything about it. i’m like people you’re sending dirt in a box! They will go out Monday for sure.
