Do you have to wear a backless bra/petals with this or is the open back high enough to be able to just wear a strapless bra?

@graceb2001 I recommend petals or silicone covers. I am a bra size 32B and usually wore silicone covers with it, I think if you wear a strapless bra you will still be able to see it since it is relatively open at the back.
