@eam230 the teal duck with the black strap is silver while the other two are gold. The large black replacement straps are also gold.

@eam230 the longer one looks like it might fit into a cinch whereas the skinnier one has a belt strap that you can undo and loop around another O-ring or loop on the side of the purse.
