This piece is from Maura Green's Yin Yang series that depicts many symbols in the yin yang pattern using white mother of pearl, black pinna shell and abelone all set in 14k gold. The one I bought has a dark and light koi fish and stunning evil eye symbol on the back for protection. See photos for scale. The item is fairly new (less than two months and two wears - I just buy too much) and will come with gift/dust bag and original box. It is shown on a paperclip chain with connector just to give you an idea but purchase will not include the chain or connector.
