jems_menagierie @lovenmoney15 hi darlin. ok, and I will ship them out no later than the morning of the 22nd. I leave for vacation on the 22nd and won't be back until March 30th. On a different note, I had to open a case for USPS damage in shipment of items. I sent you pictures. I asked Poshmark for a partial refund as you packed pretty good and tight. Your box was crushed.

jems_menagierie @lovenmoney15 I think you might want to join the conversation on the sale and confirm that you packed the box very well and tight. Your buyer reported the box was crushed. Then we will see what Posh will do, but they should offer me a partial refund. I just wanted you to be aware. Go ahead and like this listing so I can reduce the price for you maybe on Friday.....

lovenmoney15 @jems_menagierie I just told them you should get a refund. I’m so frustrated with the post office right now. I may as well use pigeons to get you guys your sales. Late tracking. Missing packages. Things I’ve bought are missing.Damaged like they played kick ball with the box. Image if I didn’t tape everything. Wow

jems_menagierie @lovenmoney15 I know. It is totally frustrating. I have to wrap items with extreme care when sending to Texas addresses. Some routes are a lot more physical than others. My refund needs to come from USPS and Poshmark. That is why we pay for priority shipping. When a package is mishandled and crushed, there is no packing genie to stop breakage. This package was mishandled. Not your fault things broke or lotion squirted. Not at all.
