Brand: Suttles & Seawinds by Vicki Lynn Bardon Condition: brand new condition, appears to be unworn, see photos. Size: marked size small, please reference measurements below.  Measurements (flat lay): 20" chest, 21" waist, 29" hips, 36" length from waist to bottom hem. Fit notes: fits true to size, pockets on both sides, maxi length, ties on the back to adjust waist size, the armholes go lower like on an apron so the chest measurement was take at the bottom of the arm holes, drapes nicely, fabric is velvety soft. Material: feels like 100% cotton corduroy Made in: Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia, Canada All items are preloved and may show natural signs of wear. Anything major will be noted and photographed.
