The measurenents are about 17.5/18" pit to pit (it's drapey with a snap closure so plenty of room to play with or pin up) 16" waste 19.5 hip 32.5" shoulder to hem See photos of measurements – bumped them up so they're closer to the beginning. I wouldn't say it's stretchy but it's not stiff either. The color is gorgeous!
