This is a beautiful vintage dress with royal blue top black and white stripes around the waist and a black bottom. In like new condition, besides the faded tag. Size medium by possessed clothing company. Faded tags says made in the USA. Super cute and ready for summer very light material. The deep blue color is almost shiny.
