This is in good preowned condition. It does have a pinhole through back from tag. It has a small spot on top of front (as pictured). There is a small tear on seam between silicon backing and dress, can’t really tell unless it’s flipped over. Approx measurements 16 inches pit top pit 39 inches top to hem
