EUC- this is a perfect condition vintage skirt. Beautiful plus size, with darts at the top/hip area to accommodate a curvier figure. Waist has a rolled style black leather band, very soft. The waist is approximately 19” across (laying flat), length is 21”. Seams are at the sides and the zipper is at the side, very hidden with a hook and eye closer at the top of the zipper. This is sooo cute on, absolutely gorgeous for fall / winter and beyond. Perfect to pair with tights! Size 20 - vintage sizing
