bd74 It feels like it is the 1” elastic. It is folded inside the packaging, so I am unable to see.

meaghan88 @bd74 ok I will buy them but I just need confirmation sorry to be a pain. The ones currently sold at Costco are the high-rise and they have two seams one at the top and one 4 inches down. I wish I could send you a screenshot .the ones with the 1 inch elastic at the top are from four or five years ago and they are my favorite I would just be disappointed if I purchased these and they weren't the ones I wanted. I again apologize for being a pain for such a small purchase.

bd74 @meaghan88 I will look when I get back home. But honestly they are from several years ago. My daughter found them when she was going through clothes that are too small.

bd74 @meaghan88 I was able to pull out the top. To me it looks like there is only the small 1” elastic at the top of the leggings. I will add the picture to the posting for you to see.
