These shoes are not new , The black up or is in perfect condition the side leather platform has some scuffing on the toe and a little around the top of the heel's. They could possibly be reconditioned, I have reconditioned a little bit and it seems to take. The side of the platform is leather or leather likeThey have a 5 inch heel and 1" platform. The gold in the name Prada on one shoe has worn away
