brandiorazem772 @jlapp1125 Hi there, so my daughter, when she was a few years younger, actually just wore it as a top as it is. However, I do believe if you wanted, you could add a thin girls camisole under it. The crochet pattern is a very small knit. It's definitely one of those tops that you could leave as is or add an extra camisole layer underneath.💜
