🎉HOST PICK! RARE ANGELA FINA POTTERY HANDMADE PLATE

This pottery is a wonderful signed piece, showcasing the skill and artistry of the late potter, Angela Fina (1937-2013). Fina graduated from the School for American Crafts at RIT in 1965. After teaching at several colleges in the US and Italy, she moved to Amherst, Massachusetts and became a full time potter. She was known for her clean and simple forms and the practical utility of her pieces. In this 9.5” plate (or shallow bowl), note her shadowing of the artichoke and asparagus spear, subtle polka dots and thin black line. Truly a piece of art to grace your table or hang on the wall (there is a hole for hanging on the back). Excellent like new condition - no cracks, chips or scuffs. From my personal collection in a smoke free and pet free home.
