Chico’s Velvet Burnout Blouse

Chico’s black velvet lined burnout blouse with fringe and 3/4 sheer sleeves. Back is a stretchy knit fabric. Chico’s size 1=Medium Size 8/10. Measurements and other details are in photos. I think I have worn this once before retiring to the mountains. Beautiful fringe in front and burnout pattern. No stains, rips, fraying or other signs of wear. Excellent condition. Lovely piece for cocktail party or other dressy occasion.
