What is the blouse made of? And what are the measurements from pit to pit, and shoulder to hem?

@louwho63 The arm pit to arm pit is a little tough based on the design, the arms are very flowy and the pit measurement is lower but is 22” across that area. The shoulder to hem is approximately 26”. I’d say it falls mid-hip but off course every body is different.
