3.1 Phillip Lim sleeveless dark blue dress with subtle gold polka dots. Unique design as this dress is nearly a two-piece: the mid-thigh skirt connected to the cropped top by navy blue ribbons. Crew neckline and button-up front. Two side patch pockets on skirt and one patch pocket on chest. Lying flat, measures 16.5 inches pit to pit, 14 inches at waist (top of skirt), 13.75 inches from shoulder to bottom of top, 19 inches from top of waist down to hem of skirt. In excellent used condition (EUC). All hardware is in excellent working order. No tears, stains, holes or loose seams. Main body composed of 53% wool, 38% polyester, and 9% silk. Lining is 100% silk.
