New w/ DEFECT The North Face Women's Hydrenalite Down Puffer Vest MEDIUM Blue This is new, but it has been repaired. Please see the pictures with the circles and all of the arrows. The repair goes all the way across the seam on one side and a few inches across on the other. There aslo is a very small dot that's also pointed to with an arrow. Otherwise, this is unworn, and it still has the original tags on it. It's a gorgeous teal blue color with a drawstring and pockets. It's 600 down fill
