@alyssalorenne hey there -- i dont do flat measurements (i've had issues with ppl trying to claim sizing problems after purchase) but ivy city has their size chart posted online -- i'd say check that out since its more accurate

here's the link to their size guide -- i am a 6-8 in dresses, and am in between the measurements so went out on a limb hoping that the Sm might fit
