Teva Hurricane XLT 2 little girls sandals in size 12 (IMO Tevas run big so can fit size 13 as well). Velcro closure on 3 separate straps to make it easy to get the right fit and smooth on and off. Colors include light purple, 2 shades of blue, and light yellow. These are great for hiking, outdoors, or casual play or wear. The et are in good used condition and have been used a good amount so some fuzziness to fabric and wear to soles and rubber, as pictured.
