This item is in perfect condition. There's just some dust marks or something possibly because I hang out to dry. There's no flaws seal all pictures for measurements I believe based on my measurements it's a size 8, but the tag is ripped out so there's no way for me to be certain, but it would fit a smaller or a larger size
