Get ready for summer weather! This is a Vicki Vaughan strapless jumpsuit with blouson top with wide band elastic along the top and a stretchy smocked waist. Relaxed through the hip and thigh before taping a bit towards the ankle. I’m a little baffled about the era. The style looks 80s to me. The two tone ILGWU tag I thought entered in 1973 (plus there are care instructions, which would indicate at least 71) but my research shows that Vicki Vaughn label ended in 1969. It’s definitely vintage. The style is fun and the bold pattern is very tropical tribal. The cotton and polyester blend fabric is lightweight. No noted flaws. Laying flat measures approximately 15” straight across the waist stretching to 17” without much resistance. 15” armpit to armpit stretching to 19” without much resistance, 20.5” across the hip and a 28” inseam. The tropical floral is in shades of tan, green, blue ivory, and purple with a little red. The tax size is size 13/14, but that is vintage sizing. Based on modern expectations, it’s probably close to a medium or a smaller large, but please double check measurements to ensure the proper fit for you.
