This is a pair of new Oakley Frogskins Lite sunglasses. The frame (which is a partial frame style) is black, the lenses are a tinted black. I tried them on once and then never wore them...honestly, I have a tiny head and most sunglasses are just too big for me. Expensive mistake! They come with the little Oakley bag (which doubles as a lens cloth. I'll ship them in a different Oakley soft case that I have (the soft case is NOT new - there is a small water mark inside; I just would rather ship them inside an extra layer than not at all!). * Please note that there is a small scratch on the right lens (see last photo, held up to light) that I didn't notice until I was polishing these to ship. I didn't notice it at all the one time I had them on, nor did I notice when originally listing. But please be aware!!! I'm dropping the price significantly because of this! ** Please note that all items come from a house with a cat inside. I lint roll / check all items for cat hair, but I can't promise one or two won't make their way in - allergic people, please keep that in mind! **
