100% cotton , very nice fabric - I’ve shown a close up Elastic waistband , pull on with decorative bow at front These sweet shorts have a classic, timeless feel but were manufactured in 2023. Size is 12 months These are in very good clean condition, I don’t see flaws, minimal wash wear / fading.
