Textured woven poly, with a blue and white stripe print, falls from a tying waist (with elastic at back for fit), into a wrap front with a midi hem. Unlined. Skirt measures approximately 11.25" longer at back. Size small Good used condition. Small fabric snag at waistband where the interior button is attached (shown in photo). No holes or stains.
