This is a fine piece of classic Tiffany and Co. Silver Heart Toggle Necklace. This was my necklace purchased at the Americana in Manhasset, NY. One side of the heart is engraved with my initials as shown. The other side of the heart is plain and stamped Tiffany and Company. I did pay more money to have an extension added to this necklace by and from Tiffany and Company. The length of the chain is approximately 16 inches long, not the standard size, which is shorter. Yes, the initials may be polished out. Price is firm, thank you. I may have the Tiffany pouch.
