This elegant light blue dress features charming ruffle sleeves and a flattering wrap design. Perfect for any occasion, it offers a stylish and comfortable fit. It does have a small imperfection (pictured). I also bought this dress second hand, I never wore it, and as I was taking photos to list I noticed the stitching that is loose. So although it does have a tag attached, I’m not considering it new.
