NWT Black Lined 100% Silk Chiffon Negligee Dress from Salt and Pepper

This just seems more like a Negligee to me but the tag says Dress. I guess it is whatever you want haha It is NWT and 100% Silk Chiffon. It is fully lined with ruffle trim and lace trim. Tagged a size small. Brand is Salt and Pepper. Tag does say dry clean. Someone crossed out the price, but it looks like it was originally 145. There is a hidden partial zipper down left side. Straps are adjustable The only issue I would make note of is that the waist band section needs to be pressed so it lays nicely again. It looks a bit disheveled right now. See the last few close ups of that area. The bottom section is not torn. It is supposed to look that way it just should lay flatter.
