So cute,looks like denim but its not. It is a semi-synthetic fabric used as a substitute for cotton or silk. Fabric is silky smooth, soft, lightweight and has moisture wicking which keeps you dry. An ideal fabric for summer. Has a ruffle look collar and some smocking. Trim is a black ribbon with white stitching. P
