Rose printed black Sleeveless tunic with O-ring neckline

Black and rose patterned sheer tunic coverup. Has a metal ring at neckline. Fabric is flowy. 100% polyester. Size xs, runs big IMO. Measures 30” down middle of back and approx 38” bust. Has not been used, in excellent condition.
